Description
Set 1 comprises six horse archers wearing a plain “Deel” coat which could be made of animal skin or perhaps silk. These rank and file cavalry are your basic nomads that emerged from the harsh environment to form the backbone of Ghengis khans army. They are mounted on unarmoured mongol ponies – strurdy and tough little animals. The figures shown shooting their composite bows are cast as two pieces, split at the waist, so you can position the upper body so that the figure is shooting forward, to the side, or to the rear.
