Important Announcement.We have been in the process of selling and buying a new home for the past few months. This week we finally had the contracts through to sign. While this is not the end of the process (we have no exchange dates) it does mean that we have to start to pack up the Workshop and organise ourselves. So we are taking the following steps.1. As of this weekend coming we will be closing the webstore. All existing orders will be out the door this week and future orders will go next week.2. Last of the Kickstarter pledges for our Chaos Space Dwarves will be sent out in the next week.3. Mould making and casting clients, we will continue to process work but we will be in communication regarding our timescales.4. We will be launching a Kickstarter next month which will be something new and fresh from ourselves and will support one of our existing lines. Watch this space. We have plans to move some of the workshop to our Friends at Lancaster Castings to continue to work while we are displaced. Hopefully the interruption will be temporary and we are looking forward to a new chapter in our lives. Thank you all for your support. Postage Prices Changed.It is with a heavy heart that we have to change the postage prices on the website for Europe and the rest of the world.Our flat rate now includes tracking. The price is based on royal mail prices we dont get any discount for being such a small business and we will be losing money on these. Over the past year we have had to refund nearly 1 in 3 orders to Italy and Spain. The rest of Europe hasnt been as bad. This has cost us a lot in time, stress and money.USA and Australia 1 in 5. It has never been this bad and only since Brexit has this been occurring on this scale.UK prices remain the same.We know this will put off people wishing to place small orders. As many of you know we have not had time off this last year, this includes weekends. 4 days over christmas was spent dealing with flooding.We have decided to start reducing the workload with a view to taking most of May off.With this in mind we will be closing the webstore in 2 weeks 17th of April with an aim to complete all outstanding orders the following week.We will continue to work on our kickstarters and delivery.Casting clients will see a reduced service of existing moulds and we will not be starting any new project moulds from May 1st till we are back from our break.
